New to the board!
Hi Everyone!
I have been lurking on this site for about a week reading the posts and finally decided to register and post today.
I bit about me- at my heaviest, I was at 250. My smallest was in high school at 150. I have gained 15 pounds in the last 6 months due to less working out, having a job change where I am not walking the whole 8 hour shift, and too much fast food. If I gain anymore weight, I'll have to buy new, bigger clothes! They are pretty tight right now, so I don't want to get new clothes, so here I am. I just need a bit of motivation to working out. (I don't like to sweat, and have never been athletic, and hate to run.) One of my new years goals this year is to run in at least 2 road running races this summer. I had the BF and his son run in a mile fun run last June and didn't feel good enough about myself to run, but I would like to this year.
For working out, I have been walking and running on the treadmill a couple of times a week, and I use workout dvds once a week or so (Slim in 6 and Crunch Bikini Body), but it has not been enough to lose weight. So I need to workout more days per week and watch my eating (1500-1800 calories a day normally) So I am starting the Wonderslim plan this week and working out with a trainer.
Anyways, sorry so long. That's me so far. Can't wait to get to know you all!
