Hey girlies, basically I just got into college. The holidays have been hectic, and sadly, my ideal weight has become lets just say .. not so ideal. I started gaining profusely and I didn't do anything about it. Just kept eating and sitting around. However, now I'm ready to burn it off to the 115 I once was. I am currently 129.6 lbs, so I'm looking to lose about 15 pounds. These will be the hardest ever for me, especially since I've NEVER dieted or really excersized. I need support and motivation and after reading a few threads already, I know this is the place to be for all I can get. I know you will all help motivate me to my goal.
