OMG I lost my first 5 lbs!!!
I am so freaking excited! I only just started calorie counting and exercising two weeks ago, and I'm doing excellent with the calories, but not really hitting the exercise as much as I could. But today I decided to weigh myself for the first time since starting out, and I almost cried! I am so excited! I've never lost weight before. I was so happy I almost cried. Just wanted to share my excitement

Thanks! I don't know if I mentioned, but I'm so EXCITED!
Now I need to think up some rewards for lbs lost. I thought I had more time before I'd have to worry about that!

Way to go! Setting up my rewards was one of the first things I did. It really motivated me. It's fun to try and figure out your rewards too so yay, have fun!

Congrats IrishErin!!
As far as rewards- I would say nail polish, CD...something you really enjoy that doesnt involve food. I know...duh right?
Keep up your hard work!

Congrats, that's awesome! As for rewards, they can really be anything (other than food, haha). Get your nails done, your hair cut, buy that book you've been wanting to read, etc. I don't usually plan my rewards out, just whenever I get to certain points in my weightloss I'm like, "Yeah, I deserve something nice," and buy myself something I've been wanting.
