Default Hello ladies-newbie here

Hi everyone! Im not sure where to start. I have battled my weight for as long as I can remember. Ive been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and currently takin meds for both. I weigh five lbs more than I did when I was about to give birth. (six yrs ago) Not sure what part of 3FC I need to be in. I ve stayed away from WW only because my grandma has yoyo'd on it for 35 yrs. Not WW's fault but I dont have faith in it. Sbeach is a little expensive for me and I drop lbs fast w it but once I introduce sugar again I gain it all back. Ive given up and need a little somethin ladies. Totally miserable and feel worthless. Thanks

Hey there -

We have a great forum here for people struggling with Depression, so you might want to check that out, for starters.

In terms of plans, have you ever considered calorie counting? It's pretty basic, but has worked for a lot of people. You might look at the Calorie Counters forum, and a lot of our other forums by plan, to get an idea of what's out there.

Look around, find a spot or two that seems fun, and get to posting...can't wait to get to know you better!

I decided to do the South Beach diet instead.. Not much different than Sugar Busters, I think...I weighed myself this morning, 212.4.. -13 lbs.. Happy about that...

I was going to do WW, but my husband found the fatloss for idiots website. i was impressed so i decided to do the plan they have. (its cheaper too than WW) so far i am having success at it. you diet 11 days and three days off. you can either do it to lose a quick 9lbs or stick with it. I am on day 9 and i have lost 5lbs already. It has always been hard for me to make the right food choices i tell the screen the foods i like and it gives me four meals a day for 11 days! easy enough for me!

Thanks for the info Moshi. I am going to look that up. I started counting cal.s but its been a busy week and that got to be annoying. Maybe your plan would work for me!
