New Chick
Hi All
I am 42 years old, 5'1" and 152lb and my goal weight is 126lb. I don't like excercise unless it is fun so I don't do any!
I described my body recently as a temple which is under renovation and redecoration (unfortunately I started the job with a cuppa and piece of chocolate cake!!). I need to get started and would love some daily support and motivation - hoping you can help. My diet has been so bad recently, regularly eating take out, crisps, cakes and biscuits.
Yesterday I went for a 10 minute walk, had some water and looked for a motivational site - this felt like such progress even though my diet hasn't changed.
PS: How can I get one of those lovely track bars *:0)
