Hi All

I am 42 years old, 5'1" and 152lb and my goal weight is 126lb. I don't like excercise unless it is fun so I don't do any!

I described my body recently as a temple which is under renovation and redecoration (unfortunately I started the job with a cuppa and piece of chocolate cake!!). I need to get started and would love some daily support and motivation - hoping you can help. My diet has been so bad recently, regularly eating take out, crisps, cakes and biscuits.

Yesterday I went for a 10 minute walk, had some water and looked for a motivational site - this felt like such progress even though my diet hasn't changed.

PS: How can I get one of those lovely track bars *:0)

We have some similar goals. I'm 5'0. I started 157 and my goal is 115 and i hate exercise as well! lol

Good luck on your renovations!

You can't get the bars in your signature until you have 20 days and 20 posts I believe but after that you can just click on someone else's and it will take you to the site to create your own.

Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome, I am gonna stick around and at least aim for getting my very own ticker chart *:0) hopefully losing some weight in the process
