My name is Brittany, im 19 and I want to be healthy. My minigoal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of january.

My weight now - 264.

Hello! I am also looking for a buddy...I have 40 pounds to lose currently at 184 and looking to get around 140. I tried the southbeach diet and it worked for me in the past so I am going to give it another shot. All you have to do is avoid carbs which is proven difficult for me. I love bread, red wine, and rice. New years is on it's way and my family cooks tremendous amount of food high fat.. high carbs. I really need support around this time. If you want to chit chat back and forth just to stay on track then that would be awesome.

Hi Brittany! I too need a support buddy lol I weigh 188 and have been trying to lose weight for about 2 yrs now but i always give up

Count me in too! I'm 22 and weigh 263 pounds. My "goal" weight is 150 and I know that one day I will be there. I have been on every diet you could imagine, but this time I am serious. I want a new me .

Im sorry guys! I have had family problems. However, I am back and everything is okay (I hope) so. Lets start chatting. Im looking foward to talking to each of you.

missbaldwin32- Im so sorry that I couldn't help you during New Years. I hope that it wasn't as bad as you said. I would love to chit chat. I haven't been on the South Beath Diet, is it good? I know restricting carbs is tough. Is it your vice? Sweets are mine.

carebearfan956- I know how you feel. It seems like I always try to lose weight- but never actually lose any. Thats why, Im here. So I can actually do it. What are your stats? How much are you trying to lose? Im sure when can do this. :-)

annah788- Thats a great goal weight. Im sure you can. I know how you feel to. I want to do this. Badly. Im tired of yo-yoing it; losing and gaining. I just want to keep it off.

I hope you guys read this and respond back.
