Hello there!
My name is Jana, I am new to this forum, but not new to the weight loss world. Starting in July of this year I have successfully lost 50lbs on a low carb way of eating (200 down to 150 5'2") My goal is 130. My current weight is 159. I have recently backslid and gained a little back. I'm looking for support and motivation to get back and stay on track.
Heres a little about me

I'm 22 and a college student. I enlisted in the US Navy in October of this year (thanks to losing weight on low carb). I will be leaving for boot camp in April 2011, so I'm also needing to get on the heavy duty exercise wagon

As far as exercise goes I run (I've worked my way up to 6 miles), I've also been actively involved in martial arts for 8 years.
