Hi everyone,
I'm new here and started using The Biggest Loser last chance workout, but after about 2 months I needed something new. I read posts here and talked with a few people and bought 30 day shred. I thought I would alternate them, then I read more about Six Pack Abs and leslie sansone WATP and ended up ordering both (they should arrive Christmas Eve).
My question is should I alternate through the four, or do each one for a week, or do one until I'm tired of it and then go to another or rotate the 3 biggest loser ones and do the Leslie video when I'm very sore (muscle wise) ?????
Help, Help, Help!!!
