I'm really bad at working out my abs at the gym, mainly because I have no idea what to do, and I feel like I'm really awkward at the typical crunch (which I've tried over a ball) and I've read conflicting things on what is actually effective for abs.
Any suggestions for ab-centric workout videos that I could do at home? I know I won't really see results until I lose the flab on top of my abs but I am really looking to strengthen my core. I see that Jillian Michaels has one but I've never done any of her videos and am hesitant until I see someone post positive reviews on that one.
Anything I could buy on Amazon would be great!
