Default Carb Refeed?

I've noticed in the weightloss support forum that there's been positive talk of having a day or two every once in a while where you go off plan - I guess to keep your body guessing. The majority of these people are talking about low calorie diets - - - does anyone do this for a low carb diet too?

I've become so un-hungry on the LC, that I'm essentially doing very low calorie too....but I've also completely stalled out on my initial weight loss.

What do ya'll think?

Yes, same applies. Although not sure if the foods you are to eat are different on low carb. I've done Atkins for years, and I remember he recommended taking a CHEAT meal when you stall.
