Hello, my name is Mary. I am starting my journy to be the thin (or thinner) person that lives inside of me. I am 33 years old and have been over weight most of my adult life. I have had somethings happen lately that made me decide that I need to find ME! I don't want the old me per say but I want to find the new ME that I know that lives somewhere in this body. I am not just working on the weight loss but all the other good little parts to change my life. Any support I can find at this point will be great. I really look forward to find other people who are on the same road as myself so I don't have to walk this alone.

Mary- Your message touched me. I feel the same way. I heard a quote on Biggest Loser that said, "Every pound hides a piece of who I used to be." I feel that way. I am finding that happier and more fun girl I was 15 years ago only with a bit more maturity and life experiences...and I like it. Best wishes to you... keep in touch!
