Hello everyone!! I stumbled across this site and have been looking at it for the past few days... wow! This place has already kept me on track. All of the stories here make it seem possible to actually make this happen!
I'm 25 and have been gaining the weight for the past few years (somehow I just noticed how out of control I'd gotten recently!). I'm 5'9" 234 (started at 240) and my goal is to be around 150-160. It's pretty scary to think about so I use little mini goals to make it seem achievable (not to mention when I login to this site, I already feel like I can do it)! I have finals this week (I'm a junior in college) and so far I haven't been stress eating yay! I am applying to medical school this upcoming summer and I want to be closer to a healthy weight when I do so! Overall I eat healthy, but wayyyy too much of the healthy food!!! I'm calorie counting and am seeing success with it already!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site!!!!
