Hi Everyone.
I recently found this site and it has inspired me greatly so far. I hope to keep being inspired, so that I can actually reach my goal.

I am 17 years old and weigh 185 pounds, so I'm about 50 pounds overweight. I've always been overweight and while I can exercise(I walk to school and get on the treadmill), I have the hardest time with what foods I eat. So hopefully I can find the right diet that I can stick with and that suits me.
