Hi! I've never done this before! (participated in a site like this, that is... I've tried to lose weight *tons* of times!

)
I've been steadily gaining weight since 2001, with a few dips here and there, but have yet to find the motivation to be consistent in my efforts; I thought that I might find some here.
There has to be something going on, with all these folks going great guns, right!?!?
I have not always been overweight, although now it does feel like I have. Any thoughts on how to start thinking thinner? It seems a foreign concept to me now.
