So after puberty hit I gained weight real fast and was 200+ throughout high school until at 21 I decided to start loving myself so I started the Atkins diet one morning I just decided to do it a short time later I was 160 lbs and happy with myself in walks steven (my husband) so I start going out to eat with him and going to the movies ( eating popcorn and candy etc) well here I am 185 lbs this morning I've tried in short lived bursts to diet again Atkins didn't work at all this time and I always quit low calorie diets well today is the day I am going to actually stick with my promises they are very simple...
1) I will stop when I am full
2) I will not eat after 7
3) I will exercise at least 6 days a week
4) I will not allow my husband to temp me with sweets! (this is going to b the hardest I love sugar)
so here I am day 1 I will do it this time my first mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by Jan 1st

I will not try to do it I am going to do it!!!!
