A new day- Starting over

  • I was hoping I wouldn't get so off track but it happened. I had lost 12 pounds and after Thanksgiving I just lost control. I gained 3 or 4 pounds over the last 2 or so weeks. Today though I'm taking back control! I won't let myself lose control again.
  • Congrats on forcing yourself back on track! It is much more difficult to stay on plan than it is to just let yourself go! Good luck!
