Now that I've asked for a weight loss buddy (with no takers, thus far) I guess I should ask, what exactly does it mean to be or have a weight loss buddy.

In this forum, everyone is a "buddy" of sorts. We have a monthly thread which we post on regularly. We usually set goals each month and often talk about how well we are sticking to them, but the topics range through whatever is going on in our lives.

So, please join us on our November thread! And add your bio to the "about ourselves" thread.

Personally, besides here I post on the Richard Simmons forum, and I have a thread I started under the "buddy up!" forum. There is something here for everyone.
