Any stairmaster users?
Im boured with my gym routine at lunch - part of my problem with staying commited lately I think.
So, Im issuing myself - and anyone that wants to join in - a stairmaster challenge!!
My question though - how does it measure . . anything LOL?
Distance?
Flights climbed?
Steps?
Anyone wanna join in or have some suggestions how to track?
Im not going for a scpecific goal other than to consistantly beat my previous attempts
