I can not express just how excited I am to find this forum. From what little I have already read, I am even more inspired and motivated.

A little about me.. I just turned 22 (last monday) and am finishing up my senior year at UCF. I first got serious about losing weight in March of 2009. I started at 280 and lost 48 pounds by going to Curves and doing their diet plan. But I moved out on my own for college in August of 2009 and fell back into old habbits. I think the newfound confidence and results made me feel a little complacent. Since August I have gained back the majority of my weight and currently weigh 270. Going to the gym is easy for me and I truly enjoy it, but I also really enjoy food, sweets, and eating out. I'm definitley and over eater and emotional eater .. not good! lol
Sorry to ramble but I know many of you know exactly what I'm going through. My plan is to make sure I go to the gym atleast 4 days a week and figure out a balanced diet to follow (1200-1400 calorie). Tips and advice are more than welcome and I hope to get to know you all.
