Default Roll Call!!!! If you're eating On Plan after a Thanksgivings, splurge, get in here!

Okay you guys! This thread is for tomorrow but I work morning shift so I wanted to make sure I posted it tonight!

If you splurged for a Thanksgiving meal, I hope you either froze your leftovers or sent them away with guests or have kids who will eat them, cuz now is the time to get right back on track.

None of that, "Oh, I blew my tire, I should get out and slash the other three" mentality for any of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are back On Plan (or never went off!) recommit here to getting (and staying) On Plan.

I didn't splurge as bad as usual but I did have a second piece of banana pudding pie and 3 cans of pepsi. Don't even want to know what the scale is going to say in the morning.

I am going to be back on plan from here to new year's. Still hoping to see Onederland on or before January 1st.

In solidarity for my American friends, I had leftover turkey that I froze last month (for our Canadian thanksgiving) and had a yummo turkey sammich. It's AWESOME having slices of turkey around for that!! compared to the crap deli meat it's night & day!!

I did not do as well as I hoped. I had seconds on some bad dishes. However, I did not do as bad as I have in the past. So, I am taking this with stride. I will probably be up two or so pounds tomorrow. The scale has me up 4lbs at 205 right now, but that is after a big meal.

I had a bit more than I had thought I'd end up eating. Not completely horrible but not great either.

However, this is just one day and I am still "on plan" because I'm not giving up or going back to my old ways of eating. I had one celebratory meal and that will not destroy my healthy eating habits nor will it cause me to gain back all the weight I've lost. The scale may be up a bit tomorrow but I will eat healthy and it will come back down!

I am pretty proud of myself, I thought I was going to be WAY over my calorie limit and I was only over a little bit. Definitely staying on my plan.

Back with my regularly scheduled caloric intake tomorrow. I don't know what I ate, but I didn't gorge myself so I'm not concerned

Onward and downward!

The scale was nice to me. Only up .4 since my Wednesday weigh-in. Didn't get a chance to weigh in in the chaos of turkey day. Putting my bodybugg on in a few after it's done uploading.

I'm not sure where my calories were yesterday, I decided not to track them, but I did eat intuitively and don't think I blew it too bad, I only had 1 plate of food, only took a tablespoon of things that I knew were definate no-nos.. like stuffing and white potatoes and gravy. I took a HUGE platter of raw veggies and munched on tons of them.

I don't know if there are any damages were done on the scale because TOM is here today.. and does it's own share of damage.

Today is a new day, my breakfast was on plan and the rest of the day will be too

I used all of my WW points (27) and worked out. I was down a pound today . Probably won't last but its a good sign.

Tomorrow is a new week, and Wednesday is a whole new month.

So I'm challenging myself to make it to the gym at least 3x a week from now to January 1st, provided the weather and roads are safe enough, and to do my home workouts {Total Gym & Turbo Jam} 4-5x a week regardless. Tomorrow is measurement day for my Bodybugg program and I will be using those as my starting measurements for my self-challenge. I would love to see a total of 5 inches lost by the new year but we'll see.

I also didn't do as "wonderful" as I had hoped.....however not either as bad as I normally would have.

I bought that 48hr acai berry cleanse which I will start tomorrow just to get my butt back on good track. I weighed myself yesterday with NO weight gain...BUT surely no loss either.

Tuesday is weigh in time with my trainer so I better stick to my guns over the next 48 hrs or else LOLOL

Glad to have my support here too.....
