hello everyone!!
I am 25 years old and currently enrolled in med school. I am about 5'6 tall without shoes. Not long ago, I used to be 20 pounds overweight and literally had to struggle to get in my pants. But with the help of some lifestyle modifications, I have since said goodbye to all those extra weight that I carried. The only problem that I have now is how to prevent all those pounds from ever haunting me again.
