that's AWESOME!!
you said you feel like you've accomplished something huge ---- YOU HAVE accomplished something huge...no doubt...that first step in this regard is HUUUUGGGEEE!!
and you got rid of the excuses - the story we tell ourselves why something "can't" (I hate that word!) be done...
I've heard stories of ultramarathon runners - people who run extreme distances...
some of these people never really ran a day in their lives and they just decided one day that they were gonna do it...
how did they start??
small steps...
one story I remember - a guy started out by just jogging to a pole that was maybe 50 yards away from his house...
then the next day - he went maybe 20 yards further...
and the next - a little more...
building upon the previous distance everyday -
BUILDING MOMENTUM
maybe do it like they did - constant improvement - each day building upon the previous...and you might be shocked at what happens...
