3lbs lost since the 15th of last month. It's been a well bumpy month but -- it's still going downwards!
Going to review my diet, I think. Not so much calorie/carb wise but my skin is looking distinctly muddy at the minute.
are you on a low carb diet? Just wondering because in 2004, I did low carb and the books and everyone said it would make my skin nice, but....
it was kind of ....not ashen, but, I mean it wasn't dry but I"m pale, and I just looked unhealthy in my face.
I currently do 40 carbs 30 protein 30 fat, it's not LOW carb, but it's moderate and about half what spark recommended for me. My skin is really nice right now, but that is partly due to mys kin care regimen!
I highly suggest the regerist face wash by Olay, and the total effects (fights 7 signs of aging type) is the best moisturizer I have ever used!
The weight loss has revealed your classic bone structure. You remind me of a woman I worked with - classic beauty.
The perceived muddy complexion could be due to the lack of sunshine and outdoor time due to the weather. And of course the extra dryness with the heat turned on. Let's not forget that the clothing for this time of year can be a little less colorful and complimentary to skin tones.
