The key here is going to be getting yourself IMMEDIATELY back on track. Immediately. No, "I already blew it, what's one more ________ going to harm?"
And like the others have mentioned, you've got to come up with different remedies for times of stress and what have you.
You stepped into dangerous territory there. The ideal thing would have been to put the brakes on, headed it off at the past before you stepped one foot in the mine field, I mean restaurant

Push yourself. You're still new at this. You're going to have to learn to tell yourself no, even if you feel like doing these things.
Don't let yourself off so easily. Don't give yourself permission to eat off foods. You're going to have to dig down deep and tell yourself, "no, I'm not doing this, I need to make mature, responsible decisions, regardless of what's going on around me."
Use this as a learning experience, but please be sure to indeed learn from it.
