My name is Sasha and I just found this site while I was googling the "Ideal Protein" diet. So I decided to join

I'm recently married, and I'm a full time student. Im currently working on my second degree, Bachelor of Science - Nursing.
I've struggled with weight all my life. When I was in highschool I put myself on a very strict low cal diet and lost about 70lbs. Then I started University and over the years I gained it all back PLUS some.
I hate the way I look. I hate what I weigh. And I wanted to make a change. My mom and husband started on the Ideal Protein diet, and after my last clinical rotation I decided to follow suit. Today is day #4. And it's not so bad.
I'm looking forward to the support, tips, and motivation I believe this forum could provide. So hello to you all!
