Today my dad told me that he would give me 100$ once I've lost ten more pounds. That would put me right at my 10% goal. How much is that an incentive! That money would help pay for my next installment at WW. I love my daddy these days

Does anyone else have any incentives to work towards (doesn't necessarily have to be monetary). Most of my incentives aren't monetary, but this is really a nice gesture on my dad's account.

I'm making my hair appointment for the next few weeks as I only have .5 pounds to reach my 5% goal. Can't wait to get my hair highlighted!!

$100 sounds like excellent incentive. That's a good one. Congrats on reaching 5%. It all adds up to a nice loss.

I just had a facial for getting below the BMI for morbidly obese. Now, I'm just obese. For some reason that was a big one for me.

We're in the process of buying a new to us Suburban. My rewards are that for every 7 days I work out, I get to drive it 1 day (it's not our primary vehicle, even though I want it to be) and for every 5lbs. down, I get to drive it for a WEEK!

Right now, I am sitting at 14 days for pounds lost, and another 5 for workout days.
