Default Some self motivation
Well, being a more emotional TOM than I've had in a long, LONG time and being as frustrated as I am . . . I have decided to make myself a collage to see how far I've come.

I'm actually a little surprised, and even more so that I have the *scuse the term* balls to put this up.

I've come a long way and I will remember that and not allow stupid things to derail me . . . . I can't wait to add the final pics to this.

Thanks all for the support and inspiration - It's paying off

Amazing!!!

I have a few pics (that hubby should DIE for taking) of me this past summer on the beach in a WAY too small bathing suit. I have thought about putting it somewhere where I will see it regularly, but I don't have the nougats to put it out where others may see it.. so it sits in my mind and is a BIG addition to my motivation. (breaks my heart my kids fun beach pics can never be displayed because I ruined them by simply being in them).

Honestly, I understand the frustration part, but you look so healthy and fabulous where you are RIGHT NOW... I dunno, I think that if I were in your position, I would be skipping around and singing my own praises. Just keep at it and you will get to where your goals are m'dear. And in the interim, you are already a hot mama

AWESOME!! We're in such similar places. The loss is just so slow now and if you're anything like me you didn't expect to be this slow this soon. It still feels like we have a long way to go.

Like Pacifica suggested, MOST of the time, I feel pretty darn spectacular right where I am and I have felt that way since breaking into the 170's. Every now and then though, around TOM like you (like NOW!), I get a little frustrated and a lot impatient.

You look so lovely! I love profile pics that look thoughtful, and you have a few.
