Hi everyone!! So after browsing this site for some time now I have decided to join. I've been trying to lose weight since after having my baby almost 2 yrs ago but I am terrible at keeping any kind of routine I was actually successful for a whole month and lost 12lbs then I started going back in forth to the in laws and it was all fast food for 2 days a week for almost 2 months! I just lost my motivation and stopped all together while I have been able to keep the weight off but its just getting back to working out that I have a problem with so I was hoping that by joining I can get the motivation to jump back on and keep working towards being healthy for myself and my family.
