My weight loss goals are #1 become healthier so that I can get pregnant and #2 become healthier so that i feel better and am not so dang lazy!! I have a 4 year old and have been trying to get pregnant for quite awhile. I feel better when I workout, but need motivation to continue to retrain my brain so that it becomes a lifestyle change. I have been getting up at 4 to go to the gym for the last 2-3 months. I feel much better and am going to attempt a 5k at the end of the month!

I may be the last to finish, but I know that it will be a huge accomplishment for me to do this......if I don't have a heat stroke in the process
