Hello all
I am excited to join here and continue my journey. I lost 35pds since 2008 however in order to be at a healthy weight for my body, I need to be 150pds. I am 190pds today. I am proud of what I have accomplished however since I am getting married in November 2011 - I really want to lose 40pds before I go dress shopping with my mother.
I started bringing my lunch to work ( eg veggie, small portion of rice, Lean Cuisine meals)
Cant wait to talk to you ladies ! and learn more about fitness and weight loss.
