back at it again.
i fell of the wagon for a few weeks but am back. the main problem for me is cutting out the alcohol. i have dieted the low-fat and low-carb way with success both times. i plan on going a low carb approach for a few weeks to quickly drop a few pounds, but def plan on eating whole grains a few weeks later. its more of an "induction" for weight loss. only after a few weeks of eating high carb/sugar/processed foods i already feel depressed and sluggish with growing stomach fat. yuck. anyway, i look forward to posting with my accomplishments. i am also a beginning runner. lol...
