Hi!! I'm back and so motivated to change my life!! It's so true that you have to be mentally ready when it comes to losing(and keeping off) weight. I'm so excited to get my life back -- my confidence, my strength, mySELF! I look forward to talking to everyone and using your experiences and stories as motivation and knowledge!!
