Howdy!
I'm fat @ about 250lbs. I have gained about 30lbs since February! I'm not sure why, but I'm sick of it. I did a Google search and found this site. I remembered hearing something about it some where, so I signed up, read a few posts, and decided this is where I'll get my support.
So, first thing is first - tomorrow I'll call my doc to get an appt. to make sure I'm 'fit' enough to start working out.
I'm pretty excited to get going and hoping I don't let myself down. I wrote myself an email tonight and told myself why I don't like feeling the way I do - this way when I feel down and depressed or like this is not worth it, I can read it and remember why I'm doing it.
