Making Granola Healthier
In an effort to become healthier my older sister has started to make changes, though she's already thin she wants to lose a little bit here and there and become overall more fit.
She asked me my thoughts on making her breakfast healthier, as granola w/ milk and coffee is a staple in her diet, but other then adding a little fruit I couldn't really help...
Any recs on healthy brands, fruit to granola to milk ratios ect?
