Hi, I'm a 44 year old mom and part time financial consultant. I never had a weight problem until I had my son 13 years ago (although I always hated being hungry & restricted and carefully watched what I ate before being pregnant). After my pregnancy, I started eating more because I became more and more bored with work and just somehow lost my willpower. I'm working on going into a different field but it's slow going. My son and husband are thin and blessed with the ability to only eat one cookie. I need to get back the willpower I had when younger!!!
Welcome and good luck! You don't actually have to be too hungry or restricted with the right diet and exercise program, so you should spend some time finding something that you don't hate. You're more likely to keep the weight off that way.
