Hello all! So I joined here weighing around 160 pounds and not long after I started my weight loss journey, endured a marital crisis which practically killed my appetite and sped up my weight loss unintentionally. Once things calmed down somewhat in my marriage, I regained my appetite back but had abandoned my healthy eating habits and had lost my focus. I am currently at 135 and have been stuck here for a few months now...and am actually lucky I have not gained. My goal is 120 and I am here to get some motivation to complete my journey and this time, the healthy way. I will be popping in more frequently in hopes of getting back on track health and weight-loss wise! So, hello again, everyone!!!
