Default *New Member* Looking for LOTS OF SUPPORT

HI!

I am Erika, and I am so glad I found this group and support group. I am ready to start loosing weight and be healthy. I have a DS who is 6 yrs old and a DD 13 months... I am so ready to loose all the baby weight and then some.

I would like some suggestions on how to get started, I am so tired of trying and getting no results on my own, so I figured that joining a support group will definately help.

Thank you guys and I look forward to getting to know you guys an your success stories. =D

I have no plan other than to lose weight, please feel free to make suggestions!

Welcome!
There are tons of good ideas and "diets" here. Read through all the forums, talk to people and you will find your way. You will probably go through a few LOL.
Just remember you have taken the first and probably hardest step.

I personally like Dr Oz's diet. It's simple and easy. I combine it with calorie counting and limit my bread intake. I've also been doing yoga, aerobics and walking/jogging.

Welcome and good luck.

Hey there, welcome to the forum! Like others have said, there are a lot of different ways to approach weight loss, so just have a look around the forums here that highlight different methods and see what works for you. No matter what method you choose though, I'd recommend starting up some sort of exercise regimen as well, because that ensures you're losing fat, not muscle, and it really changes the way you look and feel in your clothes.
