I know how discouraging that can be, however look at your amazing progress thus far! Over 20lbs? That is fantastic and a great reason to not give up. 5lbs can be anything from water as a result of eating too much sodium to TOM. If you stick to it and add an extra 10 minutes to your workout for a few days, I'm sure it will come right back off!

Good luck

Regaining any amount of weight is not fun, but I don't think you've lost control. After all, you caught it before you could do serious damage. Slip-ups happen, but what's important is that you recognize it and do something about it, which you are.

Is there one factor in particular that's making it hard for you to stay on track? Sometimes I need to take a hard look at what I'm doing (drinking too much, eating out too much, nighttime snacking) in order to change it.

How often are you weighting yourself and is it about the same time everyday/every week? Those five extra pounds could be from a number of things, not just gaining extra fat.

But whatever the reason, don't lose hope! You haven't completely fallen off the wagon, so just keep a positive attitude. You've lost 20 lbs so far, you can keep going. Just figure out whatever it is that you're struggling with when it comes to keep on track and try to work on that.

I had pizza for lunch, and chips with dip for dinner. UGH Lol
Back on the wagon. Eating an apple. haha. Does that count?

I think I ate like that today because I am getting sick. Throat is tightening, headache, tired, etc. Fighting something...

that sucks.

i think what you need to do is sit down and think about all the reasons that you wanted to lose weight in the first place. think about it long and hard. look at some pictures. and then you will know that you have to kick yourself in the booty to say no to the next batch of sweets or fast food. it tastes good but you can do it.

i know how it feels. you slip one day then you feel "well i might as well make it a big cheat since i've cheated already" then you do it again the next day thinking "two days in a row isn't so bad" and then before you know it you've gone a whole week off track, and not only off track but seriously bingeing, and then you step on the scale and you've gained 5 pounds. and now you gotta start all over again. it sucks, but you can do it!

like i said, think about why you wanna do it. and start right now. not tomorrow morning. even if it's night time for you now and you've already eaten, just don't eat more. tomorrow will be hard, but you can do it. if you feel that you can't, just come and ***** about it on here and it will at least keep your fingers occupied!

good luck!
