I'm located in QLD Australia and am on my second day of a Protein Powder/low carb diet. The diet is based on the ketosis process which says I shouldn't be hungry, but so far I'm starving!!!! How long until ketosis kicks in!
I need some motivation as I'm already thinking its too restrictive and hard...
I'm hoping that by chatting with people in here I'll get what I need to stay on track!

It generally takes 48 to 72 hours for ketosis to kick in on Atkins (my WOE).
Atkins ketosis works by limiting your carb count to 20 or less. I'm not familiar with your WOE but it's probaly similiar
Hang in there. Have you tried drinking water or unsweetened green tea to curb hunger between your scheduled meals? I've heard that it helps some people.
