New here...Ready to be a new me :)
Hi everyone,
I am here because I have about 65 pounds to lose and this looks like a place with awesome support and motivation. I am currently 236 lbs and would love to get down to 170 for my height/build. I had a baby girl 5 months ago and am still holding on to 8 lbs or so from the pregnancy. I really want to be a healthy example for my daughter and children in the future!
I have lost weight twice before and got down to 200 by doing the South Beach Diet and once just through intuitive eating. I have some emotional eating problems so I really want to address that issue this time as well and learn healthier ways of dealing with stress than eating.
