I am so mad! There I said it again.
Last week I weighed myself in the morning and had lost three lbs. But then on Thursday I got really sick with a head cold and literally spent all weekend in bed sick. I hardly ate anything other than toast. I never ate soup cause I hate it so I must admit I may be dehydrated. Anyway this morning I woke up feeling so much lighter and weighed myself but guess what? I am up 5 lbs. Are you kidding me? What happened? Everytime I take a step forward something happens and I take three steps back. Any advice?
You need to find out how many calories you should be consuming daily to lose wieght. You need to be drinking plenty of fluids, especially when you are ill. And try to get some exercise in daily. Stick to the basics and you'll see the number on the scale drop. Good Luck.
Thanks for the input guys. It's been a couple of days and it must have been bloating from all the meds cause I did loose 5lbs and I feel awesome. Even a small difference makes my world happier! I know that sounds lame but when you try so hard it makes you happy to see results.
