Hi there everyone. My name is Eric, and I am currently trying to get down to 165lbs... I am not overweight, or obese, but am trying to tone up abit. I live in San Antonio TX, and work for the government as a IT contractor.
When I was in my highschool years (im 23), I was about 185lbs with a low body fat... I lifted weights to get big! Now that I dont lift anymore, I am very happy with my weight... Just not my gut. My plan is to start lifting lightly, and loose a few pounds to make myself abit happier. And course would love the support and information that this site can offer
