Hey guys,
Just joined MRC, finished pre-conditioning and in day 2 of Meta-slim yellow. I am already tired of restrictions and cooking different meals for my family than the ones I eat. I can't wait until the blue menu so that i can at least increase the variety. Any pointers would be great. I only have fruit HNS which I have with every meal.
Have to confess that tonight I made pasta, broccoli and bread with butter and cheese for family and I ate zucchini, tomato, chicken and 45 cal bread BUT I cheated and had a slice of the family bread. Will this set me back a whole lot? It'll be easier during the week day when I won't have temptations from kids snacks AND I'll be too busy working to worry.
