Hi everybody..I'm new!
Hi everyone!
By my name, you can guess I'm getting married. Next October. I'm an elementary teacher. I've been losing weight since last January, and have gone from 170 to 140. Recently, though, I have put on about five pounds. My goal is 132. I need all the support I can get.
My goals for this month are:
work out 2-3 times a week
drink tons of water
only one diet coke a day
get to 139 by December 20th
use a food journal.
I am 27 years old, so I thought this club was right for me!
