Question weight loss stop.. water question

i seem stuck at 176 this past week and i have been thinking the only thing i have done differently was not get as much water in as i was before, does that make that huge of a difference? i was drinking more tea then water (just a little sugar) so if i really up my water intake do you think that will get me moving again? i don't want to go down in calories cause they are pretty low 12/1400 not sure on ww points and im moving my body daily. im trying to focus more on the diet then the exercise cause i know that is what it is more about. i ride my bike and walk and do yard work so i am moving, has anyone experienced a good drop once they upped their water? Thanks ladies!

It's good to make sure you get enough water, but it really doesn't have anything much to do with fat loss. That's what you're trying to lose.

If you haven't been drinking enough water, you could be retaining water, which will make your weight higher (water weight). Signs of water retention are that your ankles are puffy, or your shoes or your rings feel tighter than usual.

Try to drink 8 ounces x 8 each day. That's a glass every hour of the work day, roughly.

thanks, im just gonna try to make sure im not drinking any calories and getting plenty water in from now on for the most part.
