Default I'm back and need support!

I had a beautiful baby boy 11 weeks ago, and I have lost back down to my pre pregnancy weight. I still want to loose another 40 to 50 pounds but I seem to have no motivation. I just want to eat all the time! I can feel the wieght starting to creep back on, so I need to nip it in the bud now! Just need some words of encouragement I guess.

Well, if you want to lose another 40 - 50 pounds - there's your motivation!!!

Congratulations on your new baby. Wait - more motivation.

Time to hunker down. You're going to need all the energy you can possibly muster raising a child. You want to be the very best you.

Make yourself a plan. Make this difficult (initially) thing easier. Set yourself up for success. Map out your food schedule in advance, knowing where each meal and snack is coming from. Stick to it like glue. Like glue. Set yourself some boundaries; make some rules. Rid your home of the junk - no exceptions. ADD in lots and lots of fresh produce and low fat proteins. Eat well.

Get excited about the changes you are about to make. It's no burden adhering to a healthy lifestyle. The burden is remaining overweight and underutilized.

Congratulations once again on the birth of your son. I look forward to hearing of your success.

Congratulations! I'm finding that what works for 1 person doesn't always work for another....... for me, I can totally relate to the wanting to eat all the time.... I'm a snacky...... I wanna snack all the time. I've found that since I started writing down everything I eat thats really been helping me be conscious of what I'm eating everyday.

Best wishes on your journey!
