Default Anyone use meal replacement shakes?

Hello everyone. So I started off trying to break my bad eating habits by drinking Slim Fast shakes for two meals a day. I have since switched to WW, but really love my shakes, so still drink them and just count points for them (4 each with soy milk) I'm just wondering if anyone else drinks these types of drinks. I never see anyone mention them. For some reason I think I should switch to "real food" but they really keep me pretty full until snack time and curb my chocolate cravings too. Thanks!

I have done them in the past but they leave me hungry a few short hours later. I prefer to eat my points away. Thats a lot of real fruit or my new fav- melba toast and spicy salsa (that makes me drink my water lol)

I use them for my early breakfast (4-5:am), and I grab a shake instead of skipping a meal when life gets crazy.

Also, I read somewhere that you burn more calories digesting 'real' food than you do drinking your meal.

As long as you get in all your GHG every day, the shake is alright but it really isn't as good as real food. Are you going to drink these the rest of your life?
