Default Help me get back on track

I lost about 40 lbs. and recently starting eating again and gained 5-7 lbs. again and I'm losing focus and motivation. Can anyone please give me some motivational advice to keep me on track. I need to lose 20 lbs. but have gone back to my old eating habits.

My advice, having been in a similar place, is to do some serious introspection and see why you are back to your old eating habits. We can offer encouragement, but only you know that answer.

If you start maintaining the weight you are at starting right now then you will have a moment in time to reasses what you need to do in order to keep going on your weight loss journey. Since it is so much easier to gain than it is to lose it your weight can really start spiraling upward really fast. Remotivate and keep going. You can do it! Old habits are very hard to break!
