Hey all!
I'm new to the forum, just found it today and from what I've read, it sounds like a great place.
Like everyone here, I'm in the process of losing weight and doing that through PCOS (which for those of you who know, you know it's not that easy).
I'm counting calories, because I'm not really a fan of prepackaged food and I'm wary of strange diets that require all sorts of pills or injections.
My goal is to reach 150, which is probably a little on the high side for my height, but it's doctor approved.
My real goal is to stay healthy, despite having PCOS. And hopefully, along the way, look great doing it too.
