Not me. They're kind of saggy anyway and I suppose they won't get any firmer ~ although I guess when they're lighter, gravity won't have the same pull. I'm going to settle for prettier lingerie.
go for a fitting, they are free and nordstroms does a great job, a good bra can do wonders for putting your breast where they need to be, shaping them and making you feel good.
Breast lift surgery is very safe. The biggest issue is that you will be left with visible scars. The scars however, are typically quite thin and fine, and are located mostly underneath the breast where they don't show unless you lift up your boob. Sagging breasts will never get less saggy with weight loss, only more so, and you obviously can't "tone" them. I am definitely not telling you that a good bra won't go a long way, but if you lie awake at night worried about what you'll look like naked, the only thing that's going to guarantee you a better silhouette is surgery. There is a lot of information online about the procedure, and many before/after photos. It's something to think about.
Mine look a heck of a lot better now than they did 80 lbs ago . There is a lot less to droop now and they don't hang as much. There is hope! And Ditto on the 'get a good bra' sentiment!!! Considering I nursed babies for over 3 years mine looking pretty fab in a good bra .
I have this! I am very much noticing my breasts getting a slightly bigger, more defined, and quite perky. But, I had relatively small boobs to start with, and they've never been saggy. I chalk it up to some great muscles under the boobs, built up since I was working as a shampooer at a salon during high school. In fact, on my first day one of the hair dressers mentioned to me that even though shampooing clients will hurt my back a bit my breasts will be nice and hard and perky.
Bottom line, the more you work your pecs, the better your breasts sit on them.
